2.1 Software Products

Our Business Central extensions, including GO365 Posting Guardian, operate entirely within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. We do not:

• Collect, transmit, or store any of your business data
• Access your Business Central tenant data
• Send any information to external servers
• Track user behaviour within the application

All processing occurs locally within your Business Central environment and remains under your control.

2.2 Website

When you visit our website, we may collect:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit our contact form
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited via Azure Static Web Apps analytics

2.3 QuickBooks Online Integration (GO365 Books)

GO365 Books is a private integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online that we use only to manage our own accounts and bookkeeping. It is not offered to, or connected to, any other business.

• It reads and updates our own accounting records, such as customers, suppliers, invoices, bills and bank transactions. These records can include the names and contact details of our customers and suppliers.
• It connects through Intuit's secure OAuth 2.0 sign-in. We never see or store a QuickBooks password.
• Access keys are kept in encrypted credential storage on our own systems. Data is sent only between those systems and Intuit, over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
• We do not sell this information or share it with anyone except our accountants and professional advisers, or where the law requires it.

We process these records because we have a legal obligation, and a legitimate interest, to keep accurate business accounts. Intuit's own handling of data in QuickBooks Online is covered by Intuit's privacy statement.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you information about our products and services (with your consent)
